Here are some great blends to try in your diffuser!
I prefer to start out with a few drops of oils on the first try and then add them as needed after experimenting. Do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
**Note: It is my personal preference to not diffuse peppermint around infants/toddlers. Certain oils can be challenging to baby's sensitive system. "To safeguard the health of your children, the essential oils should not be diffused in their immediate proximity or for long periods of time without the prior consent of a pediatric physician." -source
