One of the hardest things for us in August is waking up earlier!
We use a lot of citrus oils to get us up and and at 'em in the a.m.
They're not only great for giving you a pep in your step.. They can also boost the mood of the Cranky Pants that aren't really feeling the "morning vibes." (also known as ME!
Try any of the following:
Orange
Lemon
Lime
Jade Lemon
Bergamot
Citrus Fresh
Grapefruit
Tangerine
Orange
Lemon
Lime
Jade Lemon
Bergamot
Citrus Fresh
Grapefruit
Tangerine
And for an extra burst of energy, add Peppermint to the mix!
