Food Ideas | Berries + Fruit Dip


  

Does anyone else have kids that come home from school STARVING? You would think our kiddo doesn't eat at school because the first thing she says is- "Can I have a snack?!" Between homework & making dinner, this can be such a headache..But it doesn't have to be! 
Make this snack ahead of time- It's healthy, easy, and FAST!! 

Fruity Greek Yogurt
👉🏼1 cup full fat Greek Yogurt
👉🏼Fresh berries or fruit
👉🏼1 drop of your favorite Vitality citrus oil
👉🏼Drizzle of honey
👉🏼Einkorn Granola - optional

Here are some combos we love:
🍒     Raspberry Lemonade (raspberries + Lemon or Lime Vitality) 
🍒     Orange Creamsicle (bananas + Orange or Tangerine Vitality) 
🍒     Berry Blast (blackberries, blueberries, + Lemon or Lime Vitality) 
🍒     Strawberry Banana (strawberries, bananas + Lemon Vitality)
